  This place has horrible service. I never write reviews but my experience was so bad I feel compelled to warn everyone. I waited at the cash register with no one in line for 20 minutes. I asked the manager if someone was taking orders and he was incredibly rude when he responded with, "In a minute." I left after that and my 4-year-old daughter proceeded to cry. Thank you McDonalds. Never going to this one again.

  This is by far the worst McDonald's around town. I understand making a mistake and not including a biscuit, it happens. But after driving home to not have it and coming back to get the food that I ALREADY PAID FOR... to get the customer service (or should I say, lack thereof) that I got was unbelievable. Wouldn't replace all my now COLD food (a grand total of $6.76), the manager! gave me my missing biscuit and told me that now I "have all my food".
  The manager took the time to look up my order and saw what I paid for, but was absolutely the worst example of making this right - the attitude he gave me about my pregnant wife wanting her biscuit (which I got the jelly for originally!) was completely unreasonable and out of line.
  I will NEVER visit this location again, and I hope you don't either. Thanks a bunch, Morrow.

  Nice renovation, but store not kept up very well. Service was slow for how many patrons who were there

  They really seem to struggle sometimes with the post-church drive thru rush - but then other times it's nice and fast. Did quality and order correctness is usually pretty solid.
