- 1 / 5By Jerone KingI usually get good service from this location. But on Saturday 330/4pm, I went through the drive through and got everything I ordered. The banana pudding shake that my daughter got. Was frozen solid. I can't believe they just put whipped cream on top and serve it. I called and spoke with a manager named Kelly or Kyle. Who told me she saw her mix the shake. I told her she couldn't have because it's frozen solid. She kept making excuses instead of trying to fix the issue. I ask for the store Mgr or GM, she says they were all out of twn and I had to deal with her. So I hung up the phone never going. There again.September 22, 2016
