  Recently I took my family here for dinner. We had stopped going to La Bamba dur to the poor service. We thought maybe the change was going to be for the better. Unfortunately it is still as bad as ever.
  
  Food is decent, nothing special but decent. However like most neighborhoods you can't swing a burrito without hitting a decent Mexican restaurant. If you plan to stand out it needs to come from service.
  
  As before when this was LaBamba the service lacks. Service was on the slow side and if we had not asked for refills we would not of got them. The final straw was when they brough the bill. There was a big bright sign up 5ft from our table listing drink specials. I ordered a margarita based on the price listed on the sign but it was $8 more on the bill. I brought it to their attention and was told it was an old sign and the price was not correct.
  
  Was bad before, still is.
