- 2 / 5By Michelle EvansService was slow both visits. First time burger was cold...but they made that right. The next visit food was Luke warm burrito tortilla cracked when it was rolled and was room temperature. The super sonic burrito was the size of a McDonald's burrito that are 2 for $1. I have worked on and off with Sonic for 10.5 years and this had to be the worst sonic I have had. The location needs a good outside cleaning...just nasty. I would actually hate to see the inside. No ketchup in the store? Really? All I can say is someone is not doing what they are suppose to do because both visits I witnessed people just drove off without ordering and there weren't people there or coming to replace them. You need to fix this asap because it is killing your business.February 03, 2017
